Terms Of Service

Utility Access for Mobile Detailing

  • We need access to water and electricity for our detailing services.

  • We need access to enough space on a private property, such as a driveway, garage, or parking pad.

  • During the service appointment, we will need enough space to park our detailing van next to or behind your vehicle. 

  • If unavailable, contact us at (587) 402-4546 to discuss alternatives.

  • The inability to provide these utilities during the appointment incurs an $80 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Notify us 48 hours before your appointment for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid an $80 fee.

  • Wash My Ride may cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, weather, or equipment issues.

  • Absence of the vehicle or its keys during the scheduled time will be treated as a cancellation, incurring an $80 fee.

  • Gift Certificate bookings adhere to this cancellation policy, with a redemption value of $80 for violations.

Vehicle Access and Operation

  • You grant Wash My Ride permission to access and move your vehicle during the detailing process.

  • Ensure the vehicle's keys are accessible to our technicians.

Service Outcome Expectations

The quality of our detailing service and the outcome of your vehicle can be influenced by the time elapsed since its last professional detailing and the vehicle's current condition. The following provides a clearer understanding of the expected results based on the vehicle's detailing history:

  • Detailed within the last year: Expected improvement of about 75% of its initial condition.

  • Detailed 1-2 years ago: Expected improvement of about 70% of its initial condition.

  • Detailed 2-3 years ago: Expected improvement of about 65% of its initial condition.

  • Detailed 3-4 years ago: Expected improvement of about 60% of its initial condition.

  • Detailed 4-5 years ago: Expected improvement of about 55% of its initial condition.

  • Detailed 5-6 years ago: Expected improvement of about 50% of its initial condition.

  • Detailed 6-7 years ago: Expected improvement of about 45% of its initial condition.

  • Detailed 7-8 years ago: Expected improvement of about 40% of its initial condition.

  • Detailed 8-9 years ago: Expected improvement of about 30% of its initial condition.

  • Detailed 9-10 years ago: Expected improvement of about 30% of its initial condition.

  • Detailed more than 10 years ago: Expected improvement of about 25% of its initial condition.

Service Quality Assurance

  • We aim for your satisfaction but cannot guarantee complete restoration.

  • A joint final inspection will be conducted post-service.

  • Raise concerns within 24 hours post-service for redressal. Issues raised post this period or without a joint inspection will not be entertained.

Liability and Damages

  • While we exercise utmost care, Wash My Ride is not liable for any damages during the service.

  • We will notify you of any incident during the detailing process.

  • Our liability is capped at the service's total cost.

Pricing and Payment

  • The service fee is the agreed amount, labeled "Total Cost."

  • Additional time beyond the package's duration may incur a $50 per 1/2 hour fee.

  • We will inform you in advance if such charges are anticipated.

Feedback and Media Usage

  • We value your feedback. Share your experience at [email protected].

  • We may use vehicle photos for promotional purposes, ensuring your personal details remain confidential.

Service Termination

  • Wash My Ride reserves the right to terminate services if the client's behavior is deemed inappropriate or detrimental to our operations.

  • By using our services, you acknowledge the terms mentioned above, including our pricing, liability limits, and service expectations.
